DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 3-5 working days (not including weekend or public holiday) for your parcels to be packed and delivered as we will be ensuring that the package is safe for delivery.

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you need to return/exchange your product, please review the information below.

Customers may return/exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases:

  1. Different from the product upon ordering

  2. Damaged products

We will take within 7 days to process the refund.

Terms for returns and exchanges:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

– Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by DASHCLO.
